Stretching Exercises with Dr Katie Bruni (Osteopath)
Stretching exercises are a great way to help get you moving, and maybe even help ease any pain you’re in.
If your lower back is sore, your middle back feels stiff, or something just doesn’t want to move well in your neck, you’re in the right place!
This page is packed with Stretch and Release classes run by our very own Osteopath- Dr Katie Bruni.
Katie has run these classes, and invited members of the Lifespan Osteopathy community to participate alongside her.
Katie’s classes are filled with moves for lower back pain, neck pain, or just general stiffness or diffuse aches and pains. They’re a great way to help you get those stiff or tight areas moving again, in a slow and gentle way.
