Aging is a normal part of life.
Unfortunately, however, aches and pains can be a common part of this process.
Our Osteopaths are well equipped to help you handle these, and may help manage conditions such as Osteoarthritis, which can lead to knee pain, low back pain, neck pain or headaches.
We recognise that older patients have different needs and tissues to that of younger adults.
Many factors, such as decreased bone density, skin thinning, vascular changes and decreased muscle mass, mean that our treatment approach to senior patients is different to that of a younger person.
As with all of our patients, following your case history and examination, our Osteopaths will discuss a treatment plan with you before commencing any physical therapy or exercise prescription, and you will have ample opportunity to discuss any questions you may have.
Our aim is to get you moving as well as possible, for as long as possible!
